NoWcard English National Concession Major Renewal March 2023.

March 2023 is the 3rd major renewal of NoWcards since the introduction of English National Concession on 1st April 2008.  As passes have a maximum expiry date of 5 years, there is a higher volume due for renewal on 31st March and  the beginning of April 2023 than normal.  This year we have had to reduce costs by not sending renewal forms to everyone.  However, we now have a new dedicated online portal for making new applications and ordering renewal passes.
