Report highways faults on the go with Lancashire's 'Love Clean Streets' app

An app that allows residents to report highways issues on the go
A whole array of categories is included as follows
- Report a pothole
- Report a streetlight
- Report flooding and drainage
- Report a missing manhole cover
- Report a collapsed road
- Report a diesel/oil spillage
- Report road cleaning
- Report a faulty bollard
- Report a fault on a Public Right of Way
- Report a damaged sign
- Report a traffic light
- Report vegetation or trees
- Report a fault at a bus stop
- Report gritting (winter service)
Residents can also add photos when they make their report on the app, which helps LCC inspectors triage the work and can lead to work being completed faster.
Residents who report an issue are strongly encouraged to submit a photograph as this can help speed up completion of any necessary work.
The app is free to download. Simply search for 'Love Clean Streets' on the App store or Google Play Store on your mobile phone or tablet.
