BEST KEP VILLAGE COMPETITION- JUDGING

We are half-way through the first judging period for the Best Kept Village Competition.  We will be judged TWICE more until 17th July.  The judges could visit the village at any time.

As Sabden is in the Champion Class, we are competing against villages which are very competitive and kept to a very high standard.  If the judges don’t mark us highly during the first judging, we will not go forward to second judging and will be out of the competition.

Would you all please take care to look after your properties – the judges are especially looking for weed free fronts of houses and kerbs. The village needs to be litter and graffiti free.

Some areas of the village are looking very well kept but there is room for improvement in others. Please help Sabden to do well this year by doing what you can to keep our lovely village looking as good as possible.
