Richard Cobden Bust

A bust of Richard Cobden  has been installed outside Falcon House to mark the site of Cobden Mill which features in the new heritage trail for Sabden.  The installation of the head has been funded by Mid Pennine  Arts as part of the Pendle Radicals project. A plaque will be added at a later date.

The heritage trail entitled Calico and Clogs has been co-ordinated by the Parish Council and is supported by the Pendle Hill Landscape Partnership.  A series of information boards and way markers will set out the short trail through the village and will be completed by Spring.
